Oregon Employment Investigations is owned and operated by a licensed attorney with a primary objective of helping organizations to find the truth when concerns are raised regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, employee misconduct, bullying, or interpersonal conflicts that disrupt the work environment.  

 

Dee Rubanoff has spent more than a decade conducting neutral workplace investigations in the public and private sector.  After retiring from private practice at a boutique law firm that focused on helping employers navigate state and federal employment laws, Dee now works exclusively as an investigator.
